About the VU
The Virtual Underground was intially launched as early as 2005, as a community board on Gamespot.com. In late 2007 however, many of its users branched off from their home and set up a forum on their own domain.
The new VU launched in October 2008, as a full fledged community site offering its users blogs, news and more, as well as the original forums.
The VU exists to discuss video games, music, television, movies and more – though one can tell straight away that our first love is the games. It’s all about the games.
