Xbox.com issue causes accidental purchases

Users are reporting a glitch in the Xbox Marketplace at Xbox.com, causing them to unintentionally purchase content.

Reportedly, clicking the “Try Game” button and then logging in sends a message to the system that you’ve elected to purchase the content, providing a “Confirm Purchase” button. Inattentive users who click that button will indeed purchase the content, instead of just downloading a demo.

Microsoft sources have told Giant Bomb that their teams are aware of the problem and are “actively working to resolve it.”
