Another year’s come and gone, and here we are as a rocking community still going strong, and only getting stronger. Some of you live in the future and are already celebrating, but that’s okay. For those of you already in party mode (or sleep mode!) and those of us yet to step into 2012, from all of us at The Virtual Underground, thank you for being part of our wonderful group! Have a safe and happy New Year, and we’ll see you around the bend in 2012!

Four and a half hours to go here in Pacific time, but Happy New Year to all in the VU in advance.
Two hours to go here in Iowa. I just want to say that this community is awesome - it really is. I don't post that much anywhere these days, but I find I always make time to check out the VU because it's just a great group of folks. Hope you had a good year, and I hope next year is even better.
Three hours to go here....if I manage to stay awake that long. My throat is incredibly sore and this cold has me coughing like crazy. I should sleep, but I have SO MANY GODDAMN GAMES to play.
But yeah, the community is awesome. You guys all rock.
Went right past midnight without even noticing because I was raiding tombs with a pornstar superhero. And because I'm too old to care about new year's eve anymore but still a mental juvenile, instead of celebrating new year's I'm just going to install the Kain and Raziel character pack Lae just sent me and RAID MORE TOMBS.
AS A VAMPIRE
And this is definitely one of my favorite places to hang out, and spam, and complain about Nintendo. Happy New Year everyone.
Missed this thread the other night as we were having a new years party at a neighbors house. Of course I drank too much and had a lot o fun.
Happy New Years everyone. And I'll echo what everyone else said. This is a great place to hang out and catch up on things in the gaming world. My days are busy with family and work so sometimes this is the only place on the internees I get to visit and you guys always keep me informed with the goings on that I need to know.
Happy New year everyone! I stayed in this year on account of going out the night before and making myself unwell.
The last time I went out on New Year's Eve was 1999. There's no point doing it after that year.
