Produced by GONZO, the same Japanese animation studio responsible for stuff like Afro Samurai, Hellsing and G.I. Joe: Sigma 6, the trailer looks phenomenal.

So is this for a full animated movie? If so it looks good, much better than the one that was included with the collectors edition of SFIV. If its just for in game stuff its leaps and bounds better than the crap that was included in the original game.
Hopefully it's for the in game stuff. What they put into Street Fighter 4 was laughably bad.
