Japanese Namco Museum demo nets U.S. Home items

The recently released Namco Museum PS3 demo in the Japanese Playstation Network store has some pretty neat rewards, for users of Sony's new Home service. Achieving a high score in the four available games - Pac-Man, Dig Dug, Galaga and Xevious - nets you a number of gifts for use in Home.

Michael Phelps game incoming

On last night's 60 Minutes it was reported that a Michael Phelps game is in development. That's right, swimfans, soon you too can find out what it will be like to mash buttons furiously to make something that kind of looks like Phelps move around on screen. No actual details about the game were made available at this time.

Midway gets sold for $100k

More bad news for troubled publisher Midway, who we all remember for such classics as Root Beer Tapper, Joust, Gauntlet and newer hits (and misses) like Mortal Kombat and Area 51.
